I told B I was going to wear my A's cap in Austin at SXSW because it's sunny there and I'd need an eyeshade and she thought that maybe Texans would be offended but I said that was silly. We can all represent our home towns without giving offense, right?

Anyway, here I am blogging with my expensive wireless connection in my expensive hotel in downtown Austin, chilling before things really get going, starting this evening.

I'll mainly be blogging SXSW over at Personal Democracy Forum (activist technology stuff) and The Power of Many (social media stuff), but if there's anything truly metablogtastic I'll be sure to post it here.
